Northern Washakie County in central Wyoming... * Until 730 PM MDT. * At 428 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen on the normally dry washes and gulches that feed into the Nowood River upstream of Manderson. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches per hour with current thunderstorms. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
