* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Nevada, including the following counties, in north central Nevada, Eureka and Lander. In northeast Nevada, Elko. * WHEN...Until 545 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. This area has previously received precipitation and the ground may be saturated, thus increasing runoff. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.4 inches are expected over the area.
