Uvalde County in south central Texas... * Until midnight CDT tonight. * At 354 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 10 and 20 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
