Secondary roads and low water crossings will be flooded and impassible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:30 PM CDT Thursday was 24.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.2 feet late this afternoon.
