West Nueces River At Brackettville affecting Kinney and Uvalde Counties. * WHAT...Flooding is occurring. * WHERE...West Nueces River at Brackettville. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Overbank conditions with water into low areas of the flood plain making low water crossings dangerous to auto traffic. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data due to a damaged gauge. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall to 9.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then rise to 13.7 feet late tomorrow morning. It will fall to 2.8 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then rise to 4.0 feet Tuesday morning.
