* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Callahan County in west central Texas... Northwestern Coleman County in west central Texas... Northeastern Runnels County in west central Texas... Southeastern Taylor County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 330 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 231 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winters, Tuscola, Lawn, Novice, Crews, Bradshaw, Glen Cove, Oplin, Talpa, Benoit, Hatchel, Goldsboro, Lake Winters Lake, Ovalo, Lake Coleman and Drasco. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
