* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Coke County in west central Texas... Irion County in west central Texas... Sterling County in west central Texas... Tom Green County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 130 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 930 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Angelo, Robert Lee, Sterling City, Mertzon, Blackwell, Christoval, Bronte, Water Valley, Carlsbad, Arden, Broome, Grape Creek, San Angelo State Park, Tankersley, O.C. Fisher Reservoir, Sherwood, Twin Buttes Reservoir, Lake Nasworthy, Knickerbocker and E.V. Spence Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation Area. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
