Water is several feet deep over most of the mall and customs parking lots. The lowest residences are threatened and roads and low bridges become very dangerous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.6 feet (2.9 meters). - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet (4.9 meters). - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 29.1 feet (8.9 meters) early Sunday morning.
