Frio River Near Derby affecting Frio County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Nueces River near Asherton. * WHEN...Until late Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Widespread major flooding threatens livestock over a large area of the flood plain.
