Devils River At Bakers Crossing 19N Of Comstock affecting Val Verde County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rio Grande River at Eagle Pass. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, (6.4 meters), Water reaches Ryan Street above Shelby Park. River flow is to the edge of the bluff on the left bank at Eagle Pass. Livestock in the flood plain can be trapped and drowned.
