Rio Grande River At Eagle Pass affecting Maverick County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rio Grande River at Eagle Pass. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, (5.5 meters), Moderate flooding. Much of Shelby Park is flooded. Water floods the lowest sections of the golf course. Lowland flooding is well into the flood plain at Eagle Pass.
