Central Washington County in southwestern Utah... * Until 900 PM MDT. * At 558 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.75 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the Forsyth burn scar and the Santa Clara River.
