Chester River to Queenstown MD... Eastern Bay... Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor... At 320 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 11 nm west of Fort Smallwood State Park to near Mayo, moving east at 20 knots. Locations impacted include...
