Llano River at Llano affecting Llano County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Llano River at Llano. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flow will be damaging to docks and boats downstream in Kingsland. The lowest secondary roads and bridges will be severely flooded and dangerous.
