* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Cameron, Elk, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming and Sullivan. * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several more rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms will track east across the Watch area late this afternoon and this evening.
