* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Fisher County in west central Texas... Central Nolan County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 100 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Maryneal, Longworth, Camp Boothe Oaks, Gannon, Busby and Capitola. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 239 and 254. This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
