Devils River At Pafford Crossing nr Comstock affecting Val Verde County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Devils River at Pafford Crossing nr Comstock. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, (2.4 meters), Moderate flooding covers several hundred yards of the flood plain. Campers, automobiles and equipment can be washed downstream below Juno to Amistad Reservoir.
