Southeastern Beaver County in southern Utah... * Until 830 PM MDT. * At 445 PM MDT, A large flash flood and debris flow continues to move downstream the Beaver River. Flood waters may impact I-15 and and South Main street where the Beaver River crosses, then will impact the flood plain downstream to Minersville Reservoir. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain fell across the majority of basins in the headwaters of the Beaver River. Flash flooding is already occurring. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the Beaver River from Beaver City to Minersville reservoir. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
