At 712 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Forsyth Burn Scar. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. River gauges indicated a rise of 2 feet on the Santa Clara River. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the Santa Clara River from Pine Valley to just below Baker Reservoir. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the Forsyth Burn Scar.
