At 115 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This cluster of thunderstorms is generally located along a line extending from 16 nm southwest of Southwest Pass Of the Mississippi River to 44 nm south of Pilottown to 82 nm south of Venice, moving southwest at 15 knots.…
