* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 845 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 551 PM MST, emergency management reported heavy rain on Courtland Road and areas near the White Water Draw due to thunderstorms. Causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.8 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Courtland Road is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pearce-Sunsites, Elfrida and Sunizona. - This includes the following highways... Route 181 between mile markers 39 and 43.
