* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 1215 AM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 909 PM MST, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding, road closures, and elevated flow in washes in the advisory area. Heed road closures due to flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sierra Vista, Benson, Whetstone, Huachuca City, St. David, Tombstone, Dragoon, Kartchner Caverns State Park, Fort Huachuca, Mescal, Fairbank, Charleston and Texas Canyon. - This includes the following highways...
