Pinal County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 1015 PM MST. * At 909 PM MST, areas of blowing dust were observed along a line extending from near Casa Grande to 6 miles northwest of Estrella Sailport to near Waddell, moving southwest at 30 mph. HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes the following highways...
