* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Southeast Arizona including Graham, Greenlee, Cochise and Santa Cruz counties. * WHEN...The Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through 10 PM MST this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, dry washes, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The combination of ample moisture and an upper-level disturbance passing across portions of Southeast Arizona from the east today will result in widespread showers and thunderstorms...especially south and east of Tucson. These storms will be capable of producing heavy rainfall, with localized rainfall amounts between 1 and 3 inches.
