IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, South Webster, Rosemount, Clarktown, Lucasville, Sciotodale, Franklin Furnace, Otway, Lombardsville, Saint Paul, Firebrick, Minford, Haverhill, West Portsmouth, Turkey Creek Lake, Friendship, Mcdermott, and Powellsville.
