Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes. Strong thunderstorms will be near... West Point, King And Queen Court House, Little Plymouth, Shacklefords, and Barhamsville around 615 PM EDT. Toano and Center Cross around 620 PM EDT. Norge, Church View, Jamaica, and Glenns around 625 PM EDT. Urbanna and Saluda around 630 PM EDT. Morattico around 635 PM EDT. Gloucester Courthouse, Robley, and Hartfield around 640 PM EDT. Lancaster, White Stone, and Hayes around 645 PM EDT. Kilmarnock, Deltaville, and Blakes around 650 PM EDT.
