Business/factory across from the Hall Rd bridge near the gage begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 26.8 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:45 AM EDT Wednesday was 26.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.4 feet this morning.
