* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southwestern Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia... West Central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia... Central Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 500 AM EDT, emergency management reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 5 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
