Orange County in central North Carolina... * Until 1100 AM EDT. * At 653 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will continue to move across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain has already fallen over much of the area with an additional 1 to 3 inches of rain likely to produce flash flooding.
