The President of Russia chaired a meeting on current issues with members of the Security Council. The discussion focused on the work of enterprises manufacturing components and raw materials for the serial production of new and modernised weapons systems, military equipment and special-purpose hardware.
Attending the meeting were Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Anton Vaino, Defence Minister Andrei Belousov, Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov, Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin, Prosecutor-General Alexander Gutsan, Presidential Aide Alexei Dyumin, Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov and Minister of Energy Sergei Tsivilev.
