Flood Warning issued July 23 at 10:06PM CDT until July 24 at 1:00AM CDT by NWS Houston/Galveston TX

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Brazoria, Fort Bend and Harris. * WHEN...Until 100 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Areas of slow moving or standing water continue. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1005 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue for another few hours, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
