Highest surf will be on south-southwest facing beaches. * WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas and Orange County Coastal Areas. * WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Increased rip current risk, longshore current risk and dangerous swimming conditions.
