At 336 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 15 miles southeast of Morristown Tennessee to near Newport to 4 miles southeast of Gatlinburg. Movement was southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, with gusts of 45 to 50 mph possible on higher ridgetops. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include...
