The swell will decline on Wednesday as the system passes to the northwest. * WHAT...Surf building to 14 to 18 feet. * WHERE...East Facing shores. * WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Very High. Expect ocean water surging and sweeping across beaches, coastal benches, and lava flows creating the potential for impacts to coastal properties and infrastructure, including roadways.
