Northwestern Lake IN County in northwestern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Slow moving or standing water may continue.
