According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Interior Ministry reported this on Facebook.

"State Emergency Service specialists conducted a reconnaissance mission, assessed the situation and identified the areas where they will work to fight and contain the blaze. The fire has affected an area of about 42,000 hectares, with a perimeter of 240 kilometers," the ministry said.

It noted that Ukraine has sent the largest international team among all the countries involved in the firefighting effort.
