
According to Ukrinform, the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service (DSNS) in Kharkiv Region reported the attack on Facebook.
"A missile struck near a two-story residential building, causing structural damage and a fire in a first-floor apartment. Rescuers evacuated a woman from the damaged building," the DSNS said.
At another location, emergency officials reported a strike on an open area.
"Grass caught fire. Residential buildings, commercial properties, and vehicles were damaged. All fires have been extinguished," the agency said.
The head of the Balakliia City Military Administration, Vitalii Karabanov, said that one of the strikes damaged a cultural center, a library, three shops, and more than ten private homes.
"One woman was injured in this attack. She was hospitalized and is in moderate condition. Another enemy strike heavily damaged a municipally owned apartment building," Karabanov said.

The Izium District Military Administration reported that Russian forces used Banderol munitions in the attack.
As previously reported, on July 27, Russian forces struck Balakliia, killing one person and injuring eight others.
