* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Cochise County, Santa Cruz County, Sasabe and Arivaca, and Southeast Pima County. * WHEN...From 3 PM MST this afternoon through 11 PM this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Expect another round of strong to severe thunderstorms with widespread heavy rainfall across south central Arizona. One inch per hour rainfall rates will be likely with isolated areas seeing 1-3 inches total.
