The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 2 PM to 8 PM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. * AFFECTED AREA...In Oregon, Fire Weather zones 620 and 622, including the East Evans Creek fire, as well as Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland, Cave Junction, and Shady Cove. In California...Fire weather zones 280.
