Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Elfrida, Sunizona, McNeal and Rucker Canyon. This includes the following highways... Route 80 between mile markers 395 and 414. Route 181 between mile markers 39 and 51. Route 191 between mile markers 17 and 39. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
