The President signed Federal Law On the Ratification of the Protocol Amending the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on the Development of Military-Technical Cooperation of December 10, 2009.

The Protocol was signed in Moscow on December 23, 2025.

The Protocol is aimed at improving and simplifying the procedures for implementing military-technical cooperation between the parties to the Treaty.
