"In the Novobavarskyi district, crews are dealing with the aftermath of the bad weather that occurred the previous evening. Around 20 trees and large branches fell in the district. In addition, outdoor lighting networks were damaged," the statement said.

As Ukrinform reported, bad weather in the Khmelnytskyi region caused widespread power outages. As of the morning of August 8, around 40,000 consumers remained without electricity.
