While upstream gauges at Cottonwood Campground show falling water levels, the flood wave is still expected to reach Phantom Ranch within the next 30-60 minutes. Between 1.25 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. No additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
