Jonathan Creek is likely out of its banks and flooding adjacent roads and low-lying locations between Thornville and Yost. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 854 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 3 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen from the thunderstorms that moved across the area last night. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
