Northeastern Putnam County in western West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is ioccurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 308 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 2 and 4 inches of rain has fallen since this morning. Continued runoff from earlier rains will prolong flooding in the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
