FFWIND The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Northern Shelby County in central Indiana... * Until 645 AM EDT Wednesday. * At 1241 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.75 to 1.25 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
