For 14 Yale students, the answer is: hit the road with the Whiffenpoofs – one of the world's oldest collegiate a cappella groups – and spend a full year performing across the globe.
Upon their arrival in China, their journey turned into something far richer than a tour. Singing on the Great Wall, jamming with local students in rehearsal rooms, they discovered that music is only the beginning. This was a chance to step into a different culture, laugh with strangers, and truly connect with a generation halfway around the world.
