The crest is past Noblesville as of late Saturday morning and should reach Nora and Ravenswood tonight and Raymond Street in Indianapolis overnight. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Muncie. * WHEN...Until Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Riverview and McCulloch Parks, including park roads, begin to flood.
