Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 AM EDT Saturday was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
