* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central Illinois, including the following county, McLean. * WHEN...Until noon CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 521 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible this evening and overnight in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
